Crucial products are of the highest quality. It's rare for customers to need to return their part however, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please call us right away so that we can arrange for a return. How do I return an item during the 30-day trial period? To return your part within 30 days of purchase, please call us to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back to Crucial. We will gladly credit your account or exchange your memory using one of the following methods. - Credit: Return your part to Crucial and we will credit your card or account. - Cross-ship: Crucial will ship you a new part(s) if you agree to have the shipment charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. Once we receive the part you are returning, we will issue a credit to your credit card. - Wait to Receive: Return your product to Crucial. Once we receive your shipment, we'll send your replacement order. This method will only charge your credit card if there is a price difference between the incoming and outgoing parts. This method takes additional time due to the shipping time and shipping method you choose when returning the product. How do I get an RMA number? It's easy.
